Restorative Justice

The Restorative Justice Program handles case management referrals from the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. The objective of the program is to reduce the risk of recidivism in juveniles living in Cuyahoga County.

A key component to the program includes teaching the youth social and emotional exercises learned through lessons. These lessons reflect real life situations that youth experience everyday. The trainings also help youth gain knowledge on what to do in various situations. For example, Toxic friends vs. Real Friends, Active Listening, responding to anger, preparing for interviews, working on cover letters, resumes, etc.
